Greetings from Every Town
Postcard publishers printed the same cards with different town names.
These three cards show the same woman and large camera but different photos from different German towns.
Some cards had cameras which opened to reveal interchangeable accordion-fold photos.

Girls and women were often the "photographers" of these scenes.
Another version of the fold-out photo card. This one is from New Zealand.
These two cards show the same woman with different cameras in different Dutch towns. Both cards are missing their fold-out photos.
Welsh, Maori, and Irish women in traditional dress photograph their towns. There are other cards in this series with the same women and different scenes. There are also cards from different countries with men as the photographers but you won't find them on this website.
