Mechanical Valentine

"I'm, going to take your Photograph
I'm sure it will be great,
Keep quiet now and don't you laugh,
Or you will spoil the plate."
The wheel on the side of this "mechanical" card allows the viewer to rotate the pictures inside the lens of the camera. The three images show a portrait of the little girl photographer, a portrait of her intended recipient, and a child running with a heart, presumably in the process of delivering the Valentine.
