to women and cameras but here are two couples who
shot together. Perhaps the couple below is husband and wife. Were they professional photographers? If not, why did they want their photo taken holding a camera? Did they each have a camera? Was it their brand new camera? Did they take the photo of each other or was there a third photographer present? If so, why didn't they pose together? Of course none of these questions will ever be answered but their prominent display of a camera testifies to the importance of photography in the lives of ordinary people in the early part of the last century. |
