Double Exposed Photo Postcards
This unusual, double-exposed, tinted, photo postcard was mailed from Chicago, Illinois to Bertha in Macon City, Iowa on February 15, 1909 by Pearl who wrote:

" My dear Secretary, Just to let you know I haven't forgotten you. Do you recognize the young lady here, if not it is your honorable president that was. This was taken a month ago but just had them finished. I hope you are well and happy, will write soon. Chicago is celebrating Lincoln today in great style. Wish you were here.
Love, Pearl"
In this double exposed card the same group of people has changed their appearance by removing a coat and hat (on grass at rear) for the left exposure where the woman, obviously not the real photographer, is holding a camera as a prop.
