Becky the School Photographer 1998

Becky is Barbie's wheelchair-bound friend. In this 1998 set she is the school photographer and she's holding a copy of the school yearbook.  Becky is quoted on the box, "As the school photographer, I get to take pictures at all the school events and stuff. I even won an award one year for a picture I took of our girl's basketball team." Becky's shiny wheelchair is much more detailed than her camera which is a dull, flat piece of molded plastic. But  she is the first Barbie character ever labeled as a photographer. About time!
