Jack and Beverly Wilgus Collection

This lovely lady porcelain candle holder, 4 3/4" tall,is labeled September Angel, but her manufacturer is unidentified. She resides in Baltimore with Jack and Beverly Wilgus who have serious and not-so-serious collections of many unusual photographic items.
